Charleston apartment giant Greystar adds SC warehouses to its real estate repertoire

Greystar recently broke ground on its first logistics project in Charleston Metro. The 135,200 sq.-ft warehouse and distribution center is located at Mount Holly Commerce Center. In an interview with John McDermott at The Post and Courier, Bob Faith, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Greystar discusses the project and Greystar’s move into the logistics space.
