BIOGRAPHY

Bill Maddux joined Greystar in 1999 and currently serves as Senior Advisor for the company. Bill also serves on the Greystar Real Estate Partners Board of Directors. Bill has served in several capacities over the course of his career at Greystar. Prior to his current role, Bill served as Executive Managing Director and led the company’s Development and Construction business across North America. Due to Bill’s leadership, the company’s Development and Construction business is well-positioned for future growth.

Before joining Greystar in 1999, Bill was with Trammell Crow Company. He joined Trammell Crow Company as a leasing agent in 1985. Over the years, Bill held numerous leadership positions with Trammell Crow Company, including Partner, Chief Operating Officer for the Eastern United States, and head of the National Brokerage Platform.
