BIOGRAPHY
Chris MacNaughton is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar’s Americas Principal Business, where he is responsible for overseeing the platform's Portfolio Management and Asset Management business. Chris works closely with executive leadership and the regional Investment and Development teams to oversee a $64B portfolio in various investment and development ventures. Chris serves on the America’s Investment Committee and Greystar’s Executive Committee.
Prior to his current role, Chris oversaw capital relationships, investment strategy, acquisitions, execution, and dispositions for Greystar’s Investment Management business. Before joining Greystar, Chris worked as Director of Land for Pulte Homes, a publicly-traded home building company. He holds a Florida real estate sales license, is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, and serves on the Urban Land Institute Multifamily Silver Council.
Chris holds an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree in history from Washington & Lee University.
