BIOGRAPHY

Josh Carper is an Executive Director for Greystar’s Global Investment Management business and is a member of the Greystar Executive Committee. He is responsible for the oversight of the financial reporting and management of the company's portfolio assets, as well as the formation and negotiation of all transaction-related documentation. Additionally, Josh is jointly responsible for the strategic planning of the Investment Management business through the implementation of operating standards, underwriting procedures, and growth strategies.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2003, Josh was with KPMG, LLP, where he worked in the auditing group. While at KPMG, clients included firms in the financial services, non-profit, and real estate sectors. Josh is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Josh received a degree in Professional Accounting from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina, and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in South Carolina.
