BIOGRAPHY

Kevin Kaberna is an Executive Director for Greystar and leads the company’s Investment Management platform, including Fund Management, Portfolio Management, and Asset Management in North America. Kevin is also a member of the Greystar Executive Committee. 

Under Kevin’s leadership, the North America Investment Management business has grown to over 178,000 of units and student beds owned. Kevin maintains oversight over rental housing investments, including conventional, student, build for rent, active adult, and credit. 

Prior to joining Greystar in 2006, Kevin was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young's Financial Services Advisory Group and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, YPO, and the Urban Land Institute Multifamily Platinum Council. 

Kevin received his Master’s of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated from the University of South Dakota with a bachelor’s of science in business administration degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy.
