SUPPLIER CONSIDERATION AND ENROLLMENT

All Suppliers servicing Greystar communities are required to register and maintain compliance via Greystar’s US Supplier Credentialing Program. We also offer programs to expedite processes for product ordering (or procurement), invoicing, and invoice payment. National Accounts leverages Greystar’s unequaled size as the largest domestic operator of multifamily properties to ensure our operated properties receive best-in-class terms and pricing on goods and services. Greystar’s Preferred Supplier Partners (PSP) and Recommended Supplier Partners (RSP) have been carefully selected through a rigorous Request for Proposal process. 

Supplier Compliance

Greystar uses NetVendor as our supplier credentialing service provider. In the US, our supplier compliance program provides added due diligence per supplier, such as criminal background checks, insurance and trade license verifications, and more. Suppliers should achieve “compliant” (or approved) status before beginning a working relationship with one or more of our managed properties, ensuring quality service before, during and after work is complete.

Invoice Management

Greystar uses RealPage Spend Management online procurement and spend management software across much of our managed portfolio. This tool offers suppliers (merchants) and communities (buyers) added functionality to support product catalogs, product ordering, and e-invoicing, which provides a more efficient procurement lifecycle and eliminates the need for manual invoice processes.

Electronic Payments

Paymode-X is the preferred service provider for suppliers to receive electronic payments. Suppliers that subscribe to this service report receipt of payment up to 10 days faster. Payment is delivered via ACH deposit in lieu of a mailed physical check. Track and report payment status anytime and anywhere.
