Greystar Ramps up Modular Housing Production

Andy Mest sat down with Mary Salmonsen at Multifamily Dive to discuss the MLS factory ramping up production for the first units of Ltd. Spring Run. “We’re still in the midst of building [Ltd. Spring Run], but to date, everything has gone very, very well. We’re about 10% complete today on the project at the factory, and we’re preparing the first slab for those units to be set,” said Mest. The Ltd. Spring Run units will be built over a 12 month period in the MLS factory.
