Project Overview

California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, has selected the development team of Greystar and Edgewood Realty Partners to redevelop a 300-acre parcel of University land to create a fully immersive experience through a mix of residential, retail, commercial, and academic spaces. Phase I features the adaptive reuse a several existing structures, as well as the new development of 860+ apartment units, serving students, faculty, and the general public. Nearly 300,000 SF in Phase I is dedicated to research and development in an area known as Innovation Alley.
